Exchanges & Refunds


If your garment does not fit as you were expecting or has a manufacturing fault, we will offer an exchange to you. Please email and let us know your order number and the requirement of the exchange. Goods must be returned within 90 days of purchase, in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the product is not returned in this condition, then Element Twenty Two will not process the exchange. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number of your parcel, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels.

If in the event that we are sold out of the desired size when you return a garment that is the wrong size, we will offer you a full refund of the purchase price. If something is faulty we will offer to refund or replace the product, provided the garment is returned within 90 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, the garment is unworn, unwashed and with tags.


Apart from the points specifically mentioned above, we do not offer any refunds.
